This is not a bag of puffy sugar croutons you're getting. Each Artisan Marshmallows is handcrafted in Livermore. The marshmallow is made from scratch using a slow, 2 day process. Then each one is cut to an approximate size of 1 1/4" square, dipped and decorated by hand. There are no added preservatives! every order is made fresh!
